With individualized instruction, you’ll explore movements in depth, refine alignment, and build strength together—supporting your personal fitness goals in a motivating and energizing shared practice.
To make the most of our time together and maintain a respectful working relationship, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a lesson. If you’re not feeling well, it’s best to cancel and we can discuss a time to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of half the session cost, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
