This low-impact 45-minute mat class focuses on postural alignment, core stability, controlled movement, and flexibility. Using your body’s resistance and gravity, along with light weights and barre-inspired exercises, you’ll build strength, tone, and balance. The session is designed to support and improve your body’s natural movement in an accessible and effective way. Elements of yoga may also be incorporated to enhance mobility, breath awareness, and overall mind-body connection.
