Meet Your Instructor

Jenette Wilkinson, MBA, RYT 200, is a certified Pilates, yoga, and Reiki practitioner dedicated to helping others build strength, mobility, and inner balance. As a fully certified Third-Generation Classical Pilates Instructor, she completed the comprehensive training through The Art of Control, grounding her work in classical principles and mindful movement.

After years of desk work led to persistent lower-back and shoulder pain, Jenette returned to yoga, Pilates, and energy work as part of her own healing journey. Through strengthening her core, improving mobility, and integrating mindful breathwork and Reiki, she discovered a deeper connection between the physical and energetic body. These practices not only supported her recovery—they reshaped her approach to wellness.

Today, Jenette blends functional movement with the calming, restorative qualities of Reiki to help clients release tension, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of ease. She is passionate about creating supportive, accessible practices that empower people to feel aligned, strong, and at home in their bodies.

In addition to her wellness work, Jenette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Graphic Design and a Master’s degree in Business. A lifelong learner, she continually seeks opportunities to grow her knowledge and refine her craft.
