Join a supportive small-group Chair Yoga series designed to help you improve posture, support your spine, and build strength and flexibility—all in a safe, supported way. Using the chair for stability, we’ll explore breathwork, gentle stretching, balance work, and mindful movement to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Light hand weights may be used to help gradually increase strength. All levels are welcome.
