Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited class or full charge, as class sizes are limited. Funds on account are non-refundable but transferable.

For online classes, if illness, technical issues, or unexpected circumstances arise, please notify the studio as soon as possible—these situations will be handled with care and understanding.

If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and let us know promptly. The studio remains open during most weather conditions; however, if travel feels unsafe due to road or weather conditions, please reach out early. We appreciate your consideration in helping protect both our time and the health of our community.

Payment Options

When booking, you may choose “Reserve Without Paying”; a credit card is required to hold your spot, and payment may be made upon arrival with cash, local check, or digital payment.

Online Options

Many offerings are also available online. If you’d like to join virtually, just reach out!
