The experience begins with 30 minutes of gentle chair yoga to help you unwind and breathe deeply, followed by a guided facial lymphatic brushing workshop led by Morgan Underwood, licensed esthetician and owner of Morgan’s Wellness Cottage. Light fare and time for meaningful connection are included.

Facial lymphatic brushing helps support detoxification, reduce puffiness, and brighten skin. This beginner-friendly workshop includes your own brush to continue at home—please wear a loose-fitting top for collarbone and underarm access.

Healthy Posture, Healthy You: An Ergonomic Reset

Join Dr. Mackenzie Marci of Whipple City Family Chiropractic and Jenette Wilkinson of Boundless Roots for a hands-on, 1.5-hour workshop designed to improve your posture, reduce pain, and help you feel better at your seat or workstation—wherever that may be.

Whether you work at a desk, in a dental or medical room, on a production floor, or even outdoors, your setup either supports your body or strains it. When aligned correctly, you can increase productivity, reduce discomfort, and even lower healthcare costs.

Learn what happens to your spine, shoulders, and core when posture slips, why “tech neck” and rounded shoulders develop, and how to avoid them. You’ll also be guided through simple seated stretches, alignment resets, and core-supportive exercises you can do anywhere.

Walk away with practical tools to feel better, work better, and support your body throughout the day.

ArtFlow: Defining Ourselves with Gentleness & Non-Judgment

In this month’s ArtFlow workshop, we’ll explore the labels we accumulate over a lifetime and gently reconnect with deeper, self-defined truths guided by inner wisdom rather than judgment. The experience begins with a grounding yoga and breathwork practice led by Jenette, offering space to settle into the body, quiet the mind, and open to reflection.

From this centered place, we’ll move into an intuitive collage process on cigar boxes led by Irene Magee, a mixed media artist trained as an Expressive Art Therapist. No prior experience is needed—participants are encouraged to bring small images or words that resonate and trust the creative process to unfold, resulting in a personal, meaningful reminder of how they now choose to define themselves.
