Funds, packages, or credits on account are non-refundable but may be transferable or applied towards future services when appropriate.

A credit card may be kept securely on file for appointments or reservations. By booking a class or appointment, you authorise Boundless Roots to process applicable late cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the policies below.

We understand that emergencies, illness, severe weather, travel conditions, and unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell, please stay home and contact the studio as soon as possible. Open communication is always appreciated, and exceptions may be considered at the studio’s discretion.

The studio remains open in most weather conditions; however, if travel feels unsafe, your safety comes first.

Many classes are also available online. Please get in touch if you would like to join virtually.

Class sizes are kept small to create a supportive experience for everyone attending. If you need to cancel your class reservation, please do so as early as possible so another participant may take the spot.

• 12+ hours’ notice: No fee
• Late cancellations or no-shows: A forfeited class or full class charge may apply

When booking classes, you may choose “Reserve Without Paying.” A credit card is still required to hold your spot, and payment may be made upon arrival using cash, local check, or digital payment methods.

Private sessions and appointments are reserved specifically for you and involve dedicated preparation and scheduling time.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• 48+ hours’ notice: No fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee may be charged
• No-shows or missed appointments without notice: Full session fee may apply
