Holistic Wellness for Mind and Body

This is your permission to slow down. Spend your days moving between the sauna and cold plunge, resting in the salt room, and exploring red light therapy and aromatherapy. Weave in yoga, Pilates, meditation, journaling, art expression, and time on the trails for a weekend that nourishes you from the inside out.

What an incredible experience. I had never been on any kind of retreat before, and I think I was very fortunate to have this unique opportunity. I felt a calm in my nervous system that I haven’t had in probably years.
