Together, you’ll focus on building strength, improving mobility, enhancing flexibility, and refining posture. It’s an energizing way to deepen your practice, stay motivated, and support one another—while making space for progress, and well-being.

To ensure we make the most of our time together and maintain a respectful working relationship, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are expected to pay half the fee, unless previously discussed. This policy helps protect both your time and mine, and I appreciate your understanding and consideration.

Meet Your Instructor

Jenette Wilkinson, MBA, RYT 200, holds certifications in Pilates, yoga, and Reiki. She is a fully certified Third-Generation Classical Pilates Instructor, having completed the 650-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through The Art of Control.


After years of desk work led to issues with her lower back and shoulders, Jenette rediscovered her passion for yoga and Pilates. Focusing on core strength, shoulder mobility, and mindfulness, these practices became essential to her healing journey. Now dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga and Pilates, she inspires others to embrace their potential.


In addition to her fitness pursuits, Jenette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, as well as a Master’s degree in Business. Passionate about lifelong learning, she seizes every opportunity to expand her knowledge and continue her education.
