Chair Yoga

Join a supportive small-group Chair Yoga class designed to help you improve posture, support your spine, and build strength and flexibility—all in a safe, supported way. Using the chair for stability, we’ll explore breathwork, gentle stretching, balance work, and mindful movement to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Light hand weights may be used to help gradually increase strength. All levels are welcome.

Friday Fusion

A dynamic mat class blending yoga and Pilates to close your week with strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. Infused with yoga elements like breath awareness and meditation, this low-impact session strengthens your core, supports spine health, enhances posture, and boosts flexibility, guiding you into a refreshed and centered weekend.

Gentle Stretch

Join us once a month for a gentle, 45-minute, floor-based stretching class designed for all levels. Together, we’ll explore supportive stretches that softly open the body, improve flexibility, and create ease of movement. We’ll use props—like a yoga strap—to help you settle in comfortably and get the most out of each stretch.

Mat Pilates

This low-impact mat class blends classic Pilates movements into a dynamic flow, focusing on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and precise control. The varied use of body resistance, triad balls, light weights, or magic circles helps deepen core engagement. Occasional barre-inspired exercises and yoga stretches are incorporated to boost strength, mobility, breath awareness, and mind-body connection.

Meditation with Anne

This meditation class begins by gently settling the body and mind through practices that engage the nervous system’s natural rest response. Once grounded, we’ll explore uplifting techniques designed to enhance energy, clarity, and emotional resilience. Each class draws from both Eastern philosophy and research-based Western science, offering a variety of practices you can take home and adapt to support your unique needs and intentions.


The class is taught by Anne Grenchus, LCSW, LICSW, MA (Philosophy), a bereavement- and trauma-informed therapist practicing in New York and Vermont. Anne is also a master’s-level professor and long-time meditation program coordinator, bringing depth, compassion, and practical wisdom to each session.

This class blends Pilates movements with bodyweight resistance and props like Magic Circles, resistance bands, ankle and hand weights, and blocks for a dynamic full-body workout. This low-impact, slower-paced mat class builds muscle strength, enhances the mind-body connection, and emphasizes breath, precise form, and core activation.

Supported Strength

Join this engaging, supportive class designed to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall stability. Using a combination of light hand and ankle weights, Pilates Magic Circles, Triad Balls, and therabands, you’ll move through Pilates-inspired exercises that strengthen key muscle groups and deepen body awareness. Perfect for all levels, with the chair providing steady support throughout.

Celebrate International Yoga Day! Class will consist of continuous Sun Salutations. All levels of yoga experience are welcome—go at your own pace and enjoy the sunshine! 


Extra yoga mats available to borrow. Class will be held outside on the Great Lawn. Rain location: Freight Depot (Green Building).
