Join a supportive Chair Yoga class—now available as individual in-studio classes (pre-registration required). This small-group experience helps improve posture, support your spine, and build strength and flexibility in a safe, accessible way. Using the chair for stability, we’ll explore breathwork, gentle stretching, balance, and mindful movement to support both body and mind. We may also use a strap to assist with stretching and deepen mobility work. Light hand weights may be incorporated to build strength gradually. All skill levels are welcome!
