The Beginner Balance class series is a five-week program designed to use a chair for support. Each 30-minute session builds on the previous one, focusing on improving balance through gentle, safe exercises that strengthen core muscles, enhance coordination, and practice functional movements like standing, stepping, and turning. The series includes introductions, simple education on balance systems, warm-ups, progressive balance exercises, and calming closings, fostering confidence and stability for daily activities.

4-Week Series
Mondays, July 7, 14, 21, 28
9:00–9:45 am
Discover the calming power of meditation in this beginner-friendly 4-week class series. We’ll explore different ways to meditate, incorporating gentle breathwork to support relaxation and cultivate peace within ourselves and in our world. Please bring a journal to reflect and capture insights as we move through each practice together.

Individual Classes
Sundays, July 13, 20, 27, August 17 & 24
4:30–5:15 pm
Join this gentle, 45-minute floor-based stretching class where we’ll linger in supportive stretches to gently open up the body and promote greater flexibility and ease of movement. We’ll incorporate the use of props, such as a yoga strap, to help you settle in and make the most of your experience.
$20. per class
Join this engaging and supportive 4-week, 30-minute seated strength class series designed to boost core strength, posture, and overall stability. Using chairs, light hand and ankle weights, therabands, and Pilates-inspired seated moves, we’ll focus on strengthening key muscle groups and improving body awareness.
