Chair Yoga in June

Join this gentle Chair Yoga class held in a welcoming home studio setting. With a small group size, participants receive individual attention and support. Using the stability of a chair, the class focuses on stretching, strengthening, balance practice, and gentle movement. Light hand weights may be used to help build strength safely. Suitable for all levels.


Choose one or both sessions!

Session 1: Mondays (June 9, 16, 23, 30) • 10:15 am-11 am 

Session 2: Wednesdays (June 4, 11, 18, 24) • 10:15 am-11 am  *FULL!*

Class size: limited to 5 students each session

Investment: $60 for 4 classes ($15 per class). Must sign up for the 4-week term. You can transfer the funds to another session if you miss a class.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming practice that focuses on deep relaxation and stillness. Using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, the body is fully supported in each pose so you can completely let go and rest. This allows the nervous system to shift into a healing state, helping to release tension, ease stress, and quiet the mind. In just one hour, restorative yoga can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected—like hitting the reset button for your body and spirit.
