ArtFlow (Art + Yoga)

This month’s workshop will begin with gentle breathwork and a seated chair yoga flow to quiet the mind and ease into the present moment.

From that calm and open place, mixed-media artist Irene Magee will guide you through a simple acrylic painting process followed by collaging onto greeting cards. By the end of the session, you will have six original handmade cards to keep or share.

Creative expression without pressure is powerful. It quiets the inner critic, resets the nervous system, and invites a meditative state that is hard to reach any other way. When we create without expectation, we reconnect with a part of ourselves that rarely gets space in everyday life.

All supplies and light fare are provided. No experience necessary. Just come ready to play.
